We offer both convenient delivery and in-store pickup options for your orders.
1. Shipping:
We ship to all Canada & USA (Continental) locations using UPS, Fedex, CanPar or Purolator. All orders are shipped from our facility in Montreal, Qc, Canada.
While we do our best to keep you updated of current rates, these are always subject to change per the postal carriers and will be reflected before you place an order at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight, shipping destination, and speed. You will be able to select the best delivery method suitable to your needs at checkout.
Major carriers in Canada do not deliver to mailbox addresses. Therefore, for all orders with a Mailbox, please note that these must be processed manually and cannot be placed online. Such orders will exclusively be shipped through Canada Post. If you have a mailbox address, kindly contact us via email. We will promptly generate a manual order for you, complete with a payment link that includes the applicable Canada Post shipping costs.
Tracking numbers are sent by email to customers once shipping labels are created and package are ready to ship.
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your carrier if you have any questions regarding customs fees.
Sometimes the postal carriers experience delays that are outside of our control. We thank you in advance for understanding any extra delays caused by inclement weather in your area, high volume, and seasonal rushes that keep our postal carriers extra busy during the holidays, once your package is out of our hands and in theirs.
After your package/order has departed our facility, we relinquish responsibility for any delays, damages, or losses. We will not facilitate replacements in the event that the carrier loses your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to initiate a claim by notifying the carrier’s customer service as soon as possible.
We recommend customers promptly address any concerns with the carrier to ensure a swift resolution. Please be aware that once the package has left our facility, our control over the shipment is limited, and the carrier’s terms and conditions will apply.

2. Pickup:
Free Pickup
The in-store pickup option is available during checkout for orders of 50 $CAD or more (before taxes, coupons and extras).
Pickup Instructions
- You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
- Please do not arrive before receiving this notification, as your order may not be available yet.
- Our address and pickup hours are displayed at the bottom of each page on our website.
- The email will include our pickup hours, address, and any additional instructions.
- You have 15 days (including weekends) to pick up your order after receiving the notification. A storage fee of 5 $CAD per day will apply to orders not collected within this timeframe.
3. Optional Services
Signature Confirmation on Delivery
This service ensures the carrier will not leave your package unattended at the entrance and requires a signature upon delivery. You’ll receive proof of delivery, confirming your order has been securely received. This service is available for an additional fee.
Rush Order Processing
- Same-day preparation for pickup or shipment, based on your selected shipping method.
- Orders must be placed before 11:59 AM for same-day processing.
- This service ensures your order is expedited, separate from Express Shipping.
- This service is available only during our operating hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 10 AM to 3:30 PM. It is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.
Shipping Insurance Option
Protect your order with optional shipping insurance through Freightcom. This covers loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Coverage: $50 to $25,000 USD (parcels).
- Deductibles: $0 for claims under $1,000; $150 for $1,000.
- Eligible Products: Covers items like candle wax, wicks, incense sticks, and resins.
- Exclusions: Liquid products (e.g., fragrance oils) and fragile items (e.g., glass jars) are not covered
- Claims: Must be filed within a set time ( 21 days) after delivery.
- Retain original packaging for inspection.
