Shipping Policy

We offer both convenient delivery and in-store pickup options for your orders.

1. Shipping:

All orders are shipped from our facility in Montreal, Qc, Canada.

We ship to all  Canada & USA (Continental) locations using UPS, Fedex, CanPar , GLS or Purolator.  While we do our best to keep you updated of current rates, these are always subject to change per the postal carriers and will be reflected before you place an order at checkout.

We do not ship to mailbox addresses, as these are exclusively serviced by Canada Post, which we do not use as a carrier.

For US customers : All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your carrier if you have any questions regarding customs fees.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight, shipping destination, and speed. You will be able to select the best delivery method suitable to your needs at checkout.

Tracking numbers are sent by email to customers once shipping labels are created and package are ready to ship.

Please note that occasional delays may occur with postal carriers, which are outside of our control. These delays can be caused by factors such as inclement weather, high volume, and seasonal rushes, especially during the holidays. The following table outlines estimated shipping delays in business days for standard/ground shipping services from Montreal, Canada. Please understand that these are only estimations, and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. For more precise information or updates regarding your shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

2. Pickup:

Free Pickup

The in-store pickup option is available during checkout for orders of 50 $CAD or more (before taxes, coupons and extras).

Pickup Instructions

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please do not arrive before receiving this notification, as your order may not be available yet.
  • Our address and pickup hours are displayed at the bottom of each page on our website.
  • The email will include our pickup hours, address, and any additional instructions.
  • You have 15 days (including weekends) to pick up your order after receiving the notification. A storage fee of 5 $CAD per day will apply to orders not collected within this timeframe.

3. Optional Services

Signature Confirmation on Delivery

This service ensures the carrier will not leave your package unattended at the entrance and requires a signature upon delivery. You’ll receive proof of delivery, confirming your order has been securely received. This service is available for an additional fee.

Rush Order Processing

  • Same-day preparation for pickup or shipment, based on your selected shipping method.
  • Orders must be placed before 11:59 AM for same-day processing.
  • This service ensures your order is expedited, separate from Express Shipping.
  • This service is available only during our operating hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 10 AM to 3:30 PM. It is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.

Shipping Protection

To ensure peace of mind, we offer PV-Protection as an optional shipping service. This coverage protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please note that PV-Protection provides replacements only, not refunds.

  • 100% Replacement for orders lost by the carrier.
  • Replacement for damaged items (excluding glass products such as jars, bottles, etc.).
  • Replacements will be shipped 7 days after the carrier completes the trace investigation and confirms that the package is lost.
  • Replacements will not be processed until the carrier has completed their investigation and concluded that the package is lost. We cannot expedite the replacement process under any circumstances.
