Orders, Shipping, and Pickup

We are an online-only store, meaning all orders must be placed through our website. Unfortunately, we do not accept any in-person payments at our warehouse.

All orders must be placed online through our website. We do not accept in-person purchases or payments at our facility. Please place your order online, and we will prepare it for you to either ship or pick up.

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as payment methods including Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. Please note, a $15 fee will be applied to Afterpay orders when the cart subtotal (before tax, shipping, service fees, and any discounts) is less than $250.

No, we do not have a setup to receive customers at our facility. We are an online-only store, and our facility is solely used for order preparation and dispatch. All products are available for purchase exclusively through our website.

Our order processing time is always displayed as a store notice at the bottom of each page on our website. Please review it before completing your purchase.

Yes, you can choose the free pickup option during checkout if your order subtotal is $50 CAD or more (before taxes and coupons). If your subtotal is below $50 CAD, the pickup option will not be available, and you’ll need to select a shipping method.

Yes, pickup is free based on our standard processing time as displayed on the website. However, if you require same-day pickup, we offer a rush service for a fee. Please note that the order must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for same-day pickup. More Details

Yes, you can change your order from pickup to delivery. To do so, follow this linkand provide your email and order number. Please note that shipping costs will only be covered through email transfer (Interac).

All order are shipped from our location in Montreal (Qc). We offer delivery through major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, Canpar, and Purolator with Standard/Ground Services without signature. We do not ship to PO Box mails and we do not use Canada Posts services. For express services please use UPS Expedited or Express. Signature Confirmation on Delivery is an optional service that you can select when you checkout.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. These costs are automatically calculated during checkout. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

To estimate the arrival date of your order, you need to factor in both our processing (or preparation) time, which is displayed on the website, and the shipping/transit time of the carrier. For a quick overview, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your invoice along with the carrier’s name and tracking information. If your order contains multiple boxes, only one tracking number will be provided; however, you can track the rest of your shipment through the carrier’s link in the email. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case the email is filtered there.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this time. However, subscribing to our newsletter will keep you updated on our latest promotions and discount codes, which can sometimes cover more than the shipping costs. Additionally, our Rewards Program allows you to earn points through purchases, reviews, and referrals, which can be redeemed for a coupon code to save on future orders.

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to modify an order once it is in processing. However, you can contact us, and we will manually create a new order for you. Any additional shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly.

No, you do not need an account. All our prices are displayed to reflect our best possible prices.

Currently, we do not offer courses or workshops on making soap, incense, or candles. However, there are many excellent tutorials and courses available in both French and English. We recommend exploring maker communities on Facebook and YouTube for a wealth of information and step-by-step guides.

Candle Wax

We offer a range of high-quality candle waxes that are 100% made in the USA. Currently, we stock waxes from reputable manufacturers like AAK (Golden Wax), CalWax, and Accu-Blend. Our inventory includes soy wax, coconut wax, and various blends, ensuring that we can meet your specific project needs.

There is no single “best” wax for making candles—it depends on your goals and preferences. Different waxes offer different characteristics such as scent throw, burn time, and texture. We always recommend purchasing a small quantity first to test and experiment before committing to larger quantities for mass production.

We aim to keep our inventory free from paraffin products. However, please note that some waxes from CalWax and Accu-Blend may contain a small amount of FDA-approved paraffin for added stabilization.

The right wax depends on your project and the materials you plan to use. For example:
Container candles: Soy Wax (GW 415, GW 444, GW 464, Accu-Soy #10), Soy-Coconut Wax (GW 454, EC-26) Coco-Apricot (Ceda-Serica), Coconut Wax (Accu-Pure Coco #83).
Melts and tarts: Soy Wax GW 494, C55.
Pillars, molds, and votives: Soy Wax Accu-Soy #16.

While our prices are already very competitive, we do offer a small discount for larger orders. If you order more than 10 cases, we can provide a $5 discount per case. Please note that payment for these orders must be made via email transfer or Interac.

Fragrance Oils

All our fragrance oils are made in the USA. They are highly concentrated, vegan, cruelty-free, and not tested on animals. Our fragrance oils ensure consistency in your finished products over time, making them ideal for candle makers, soap makers, and other crafting professionals.

We do not sell essential oils. While essential oils are natural, they can pose hazards, allergens, or be harmful to pets. In contrast, fragrance oils are highly regulated, making them safer and more suitable for applications like candle making.

SDS (Safety Data Sheet): Provides essential safety information about the handling, storage, and disposal of the fragrance oils. It’s crucial for ensuring safe use in various crafting projects.


IFRA (International Fragrance Association) Document: Outlines the maximum usage levels of the fragrance oil for different applications (e.g., candles, skin products). Both documents are available on the product page of each fragrance. If you cannot find these, please contact us immediately.

Our fragrance oils can be used in a variety of products, including: Candles, Soap, Incense, Potpourri, Skin Products, Sprays, Warmer/Diffuser oils. Always refer to the IFRA document for specific project usage and maximum allowable quantities.

Fragrance oils are sold by weight, not volume, so you may notice some empty space in the bottle due to variations in oil density—this is normal. Additionally, fragrance oils may slightly change color over time due to light sensitivity, and they may crystallize during colder seasons. These changes do not affect the quality, performance, or safety of the fragrance oils.

We sell our fragrances by weight, and the bottles are labeled with their weight (e.g., 1 oz, 4 oz, 16 oz, or 4 lbs). We use the same amber bottle size for each fragrance variation. The 4 oz bottle is designed by the manufacturer to hold 4 oz of water, which has a density of 1g per ml (i.e., 1 ml of water weighs 1g).

However, fragrance oils have different densities, ranging from 0.85g per ml to 1.15g per ml depending on the scent. This means that for some fragrances, the bottle may not be completely filled, but it still contains the correct weight (e.g., 4 oz). For other fragrances, the bottle may be filled to the top, but the weight may be slightly less due to the fragrance’s higher density.

Yes, we have a flat price policy for all our fragrance oils. They are priced by weight, and the name or type of fragrance does not affect the price.Actually, we offer sizes in 1 oz, 4 oz, 1 lb, and 4 lbs. We also accept special orders of 25 lbs, with a processing time of up to 15 days.

This means that we do not currently stock this fragrance in smaller quantities. We only accept pre-orders for a minimum of 4 lbs. The processing time for special pre-orders is 15 working days.

You can order a sampler kit featuring 12 different scents (1 oz each) from our Fragrance Oils Sampler Kit page. The kits are organized by collection or season for easy browsing.

Absolutely! We welcome suggestions from our customers for new scents they’d like to see in our inventory. If there’s a specific fragrance you currently buy elsewhere but would like to purchase from us in the future, we can often match it exactly. In cases where an exact match isn’t possible right away, we offer a Duplication Project, which requires a 2 Oz sample to start. (More Details)
