Is our pine rosin food safe?

Our products come from a family business in south USA using sustainable techniques to grow the finest varieties of Pine trees. Harvesting is performed with methods that respect the resin’s regeneration time (including the use of fallen branches) and it is done in a way that provides a constant supply throughout the year, with future yields unaffected by current methods.
The key point of our products is their ability to melt at lower temperatures compared to other pine resin. Currently, we have 3 available forms: Chunks, Fine pebble and Powder. However, the powder form is tricky to conserve and ship due to the even lower melting point. Both forms (1 and 3 lbs) come in a biodegradable sustainable packaging to preserve the environment.

Our rosin is food safe. According to the Food and Drug Administration, rosin must be at color grade K or paler. Our rosin always meets or exceeds this qualification. Please see the link below for the FDA regulations:
